Performance of Operational Programmes and Selected Aspects Influencing the EU Funds Drawing

Abstract
Paper analyses the performance and effectiveness of operational programmes in terms their objectives that were defined in accordance with methodology of European Commission and in terms of EU funds drawing. Operational programmes are further analyzed in respect to their key parameters and typical groups of the programmes are identified and explained. Moreover, attention is paid to selected drivers influencing the EU funds drawing and the process of certification. Important parts of the analysis are the comparison between the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the outlook for future program period 2014–2020
